Step by step

    Obtain Valid Sale Fard

    Seller obtains fresh Fard Brae Bai from Arazi Record Center.

  2. 2

    Execute & Register Deed

    Prepare deed on E-Stamp paper and register with Sub-Registrar.

  3. 3

    Visit Arazi Record Center

    Buyer, seller, and witnesses appear before Revenue Officer for biometric verification.

  4. 4

    Revenue Officer Approval

    Revenue Officer verifies records, confirms transaction, and passes mutation order in digital system.

  5. 5

    Collect Updated Fard

    Collect updated Fard showing buyer as new registered owner.
