Submit application at the Union Council under whose jurisdiction the deceased lived.

CNIC Cancellation in NADRA
UC logs death into the provincial database, which automatically flags CNIC as deceased.

Receive Bilingual Certificate
Collect official NADRA-linked death certificate in Urdu and English.
