    Visit the nearest NADRA Mega Center (24/7 in major cities) or apply online via the official Pak-ID mobile app.

    Token Issuance & Biometrics

    Get a token, capture high-resolution photograph, digital signature, and complete 10-finger biometric scan.

  3. 3

    Data Verification Form

    Review the printed Urdu/English data entry form thoroughly. Ensure spelling matches matric/birth certificates.

  4. 4

    Fee Payment & Tracking Token

    Pay Normal, Urgent, or Executive fee at the counter. Keep the 12-digit tracking ID safe.

  5. 5

    Card Collection or Home Delivery

    Receive SMS notification when printed. Collect in person or receive via registered courier.
